This portfolio is the evidence of my work throughout this
semester. It shows my development into a confident writer who is no longer
afraid of having other people read her work. It also shows my progression from
a complete last minute writer who would throw all of her ideas together in an
essay within three hours, into more of a planned writer who actually takes time
to edit and revise her paper.
Most importantly, this portfolio displayed all of the things
that I have learned in this class within this semester and how it has made me a
stronger writer. I have learned how to make a strong argumentative essay,
develop a personal voice and connect my readers to my work without losing their
attention. The this I believe essay and the inquiry argumentative essay are
great examples of my development.
